Order & Payment

After choosing the desired product, click on “Add to trolley”, then select “Continue shopping” or “Pay” to go to the checkout and complete the order by filling out the required information.

To successfully complete your purchase, make sure your credit card information is correct: card number, security code, expiry date and holder name (exactly as it appears on the card). If the payment cannot be completed for any other reason, contact our technical support on 977 13 00 57.

Returns

Maystar permits exchange or return of purchased products within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt, if the product has not been used, opened, handled or damaged. Exchanges or returns of damaged or used products shall not be accepted without the original packaging.

Purchased products to be refunded may be returned via ordinary post. All returns must have the original packaging and a duly filled on return form (download here). Once the product(s) has been received, Maystar will verify the indicated defect and will proceed to dispatch the replacement product. Should a refund for the product be requested, Maystar shall proceed with refunding the amount paid via the same method used for the payment. The shipping costs of the products to be exchanged or returned, without any apparent defect, will be at the client’s expense and under no circumstances shall Maystar accept returns sent postage unpaid.

Toda devolución deberá realizarse en su embalaje original y con el formulario de devolución debidamente cumplimentado (Descargar aquí) Una vez recibido/s el/los productos, Maystar verificará el defecto indicado y procederá a enviar el producto en sustitución.

Asimismo, en caso de ser solicitado el reembolso del producto, Maystar procederá a la devolución del importe pagado por la misma vía que se ha efectuado el pago.

Los gastos de envío de los productos, que se deseen cambiar o devolver, sin defecto aparente, serán por cuenta del cliente y en ningún caso Maystar aceptará devoluciones enviadas a portes debidos.

Shipping & Delivering

Dependiendo de la zona de envío: Para envíos a la Península ibérica, los pedidos superiores a 19,85€ tienen el envío gratis, si son inferiores a 19,85€ los portes ascienden a 2,95 €. En Canarias, Ceuta, Melilla y países de la Comunidad europea el envío cuesta 15€. Para el resto del mundo, 50€. Independientemente del importe del pedido.

Purchased products will be delivered within 24/48 hours (working days), in any case a maximum of 7/10 days is established depending on the destination.

If you want to check your order status, you must log in with your username and password, enter the “History” section and then “Order Details”. You can also check and print your invoice from this section.
